Our First Anniversary - with Great Celebration!!
July/August 09  -  We had a wonderful 'Day of Celebration' to acknowledge our first
year with long distance races, musical events by the youth and women's groups,
lots of speeches, and craft products too. In fact we had a wonderful party!!  
New developments for next year now include a honey project, small group learning
for students in the preschool, crafts skills for the women, a link with a deaf school ..... 
and great things are happening with the 'special needs' children!  Oh, and we are
starting a demonstration garden soon to teach the guardians about nourishing food
for the family, and good agriculture methods for better crop production  - thanks go 
to the Irish Embassy  in Kampala who gave us a grant to buy some land. Please check
